Basic $100/month
+$100 startup fee**

The Basic plan is a program that is meant for the athlete who is comfortable with making daily training decisions for themselves but would like some assistance in thinking about overall training strategy on a medium term basis with more generalized goals week to week or month to month. 


-Monthly 60 min total phone/video consulting


-TrainingPeaks Basic, may upgrade to Trainingpeaks Premium for additional $8/mo


-Text communication with 24 hr maximal response time* 


-Performance review 2x per month


Standard $250/month +$100 startup fee**

The Standard plan is a custom curated training partnership that will help you learn how to manage your limited time to train and get the most out of yourself.  If you’re an athlete looking for a customized daily training plan sent to your email every day this is the plan for you.

-Text communication with 24 hr maximal response time*


-Limited training plan revisions


-Daily training plan in TrainingPeaks updated at least every two weeks 


Pro $350/month
+$100 startup fee**

The Pro plan increases the athlete’s access to professional cyclist Robin Carpenter.  Pro Tier athletes receive the highest priority communication for plan revisions, race strategy, analysis, and advice.  Additionally, local athletes will have the opportunity to arrange 1x/month training rides with Robin to work on skills, strategize for key events, and learn in-person.

Ad-Hoc Performance Consulting ($75/hr) 

If you aren't Interested In a daily plan but would like advice related to training, racing, event preparation or just about anything cycling related I am available on an ad-hoc basis for in-depth phone calls and analysis to solve your problems and help you become a better athlete. 

All coaching tiers receive access to advice related, but not limited to nutrition, race tactics, and recovery from twelve-year professional cyclist Robin Carpenter. 


*Response timing barring emergencies and off hours starting 8 pm, ending 8 am. 

**Startup fee covers additional video/phone call consult meet and greet with coach.
